Clinical Approach

In my clinical work I use an integrated, flexible and personalized approach , which adapts to the specific needs of the person in front of me.

I believe that every individual is unique, and for this very reason there is no single "right" way to do therapy: what works is what truly responds to each person's complexity and history.

The third-generation CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) model , in particular Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , is one of the foundations of my work: it helps you recognize and accept difficult thoughts and emotions, developing greater awareness and psychological flexibility, to live a life more consistent with your values.

Alongside this, I integrate attachment -focused psychodynamic models, which offer valuable tools for understanding how past relationships influence how we relate to ourselves and others today.

I also draw on the constructivist and humanist model, which places subjective experience and personal growth at its center, promoting an empathetic and authentic therapeutic space where individuals can freely explore their inner world.

Finally, I pay particular attention to the body, considering it not just as a vehicle for symptoms, but as an integral part of the process of listening, awareness, and change. Body and mind are in constant dialogue, and it is often from this dialogue that profound transformation can emerge.
